Topic: virtual dj music subscription not workig

I have got the virtual DJ pro subscription and the music add on but when I connect to the internet and I am doing a gig the music subscription is not working and will not search songs I type from the internet

no problems this end, are you logged in, [maybe try log out and log back in to the service]

But works fine at home?
Could be the connection (or gig computer) is blocking in firewall
