Topic: Pioneer DDJ-400 cross fader problem

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am using the latest VDJ version on a Macbook Air M1.

The crossfader doesn't work worth a damn. It doesn't move as I move it, it moves all the way to the left suddenly when I move it all the way over.

I can see other posts about various crossfader issues.

I searched for "crossfaderlag" and nothing appears.

crossfader bleed, try clear it with compressed air.
 
I have the crossfader enabled, but even when I used the computer to move it left and right it just plays the one track, it won't change. What in the hell is going on?

Used the compressed air, nothing changed.

This has nothing to do with it, it's barely been used at all and sat in a case.
