anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut to clone the deck that is playing to another? or even on my controller itself? I have the Numark NVii and pioneer ddj-sb3

No there is no keyboard shortcut to clone the deck
but nothing nothing forbids to create one
clone_deck and clone_from_deck verb exist in VDJ script

you can map them to custom button or key or pad or free controller button
