This is the video window,
maybe you have to disable it by rightclick on preview window and select "disabled" or "preview only"
it can sometimes reopen automatically in various cases i.e.: when a video/karaoke is loaded

Thanks I don't know what happened but the fix
was to reset my keyboard mapper.
