why wont it download cant see skins?

Can you please explain it with more detail?

Do you download the skins and they are not findable in the skin selector?

If this is the problem then, try to restart Virtual DJ in case you haven't closed it (sometimes it is a problem) or restart your pc.
 
or maybe the issue when previews and sometimes vignettes do not load ?
