Topic: Is VDJ Support help non existent?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I submitted a support ticket and submitted here in the forum over a week ago regarding an issue I'm having and I haven't heard squat from VDJ. Nothing. Crickets. Is there anyone from techsupport that can help? I have tried everything and can't get this issue resolved and I have an event in a week.

I can't say what is going on with support, but I know a thing or two, what's the problem?
 
DJ Homeboy is in charge of the support service. Not sure what's up?
