The button or lever to control my BPM's moves up and down by itself. It won't stay still even if I synch it.

Please advise I have a Gemini CNTRL-2

sounds like fader bleed from your brief description.
Try blasting it out with compressed air.
Could be dirt, could be the carbon track worn out or it could be a floating earth.
First case can be fixed with air, the other 2 is a soldering iron job.
