Any plans for prime go compatibility?

Currently the unit is not made to work with any DJ software.
So unless Denon in future firmware update adds this feature (if even possible), it will not work with any dj software

Not possible - it's specifically designed to not support MIDI
Maybe some day if it gets a new firmware - but that is all up to Denon. I don't think they want to do it
EDIT: Rune was faster :)
