Topic: Low Knob kepp resseting to zero

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When i set low knob to neutral position, sowftware recognize this position to completely killed the low frequensies. When i try to set it again to neutral position, it turns back again to completely killed frequency position. What is wrong, is this software bug or controller is bad. Numark FX Platinum.
