Topic: Charges [resolved, banks fault]

My account was charged 4 times this month!!! How can I fix this

All users should check your account for over charges. I did the ticket, the help desk told me it was not possible because my subscription was canceled. I canceled after the 4x charge. I sent them the screenshots. I will update here. Hope they do the right thing. I will only be left with option of chargeback. Which will cost them more then what they are taking…
 
Over charge was my banks fault not virtualdj. Just wanted to update
