Hello!
I'm just having problems trying to access the live chat or the ticketing support.
Every link I find sends me to: http://www.virtualdj.com/help
Including http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/step2.html , http://www.virtualdj.com/contact and http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
http://www.virtualdj.com/support/e-service/ returns a 404 - Not found.
I look for the words "ticket" and "chat" and nothing appears in the search results.
I suppose there should be one place where it is explained how to open a ticket but cannot find it. I suppose it also should be one place where it is explained how to chat, but I cannot find it either.
I also entered my account, support tickets, where I find that I have no tickets and a link to create one new ticket, but I get redirected to http://www.virtualdj.com/help
There is a related question in the FAQ: How can I check the status of my Ticket or update it ? But, as you can expect, it's not helping me to open a ticket anyway.

Well, I've just contacted via the reply on the other post.
I haven't received a ticket reference number and it does not appear in my support ticket list in my profile.
I suppose that I've just contacted them without actually sending a ticket, so I still don't know how to send them.

The support ticket on site, is only there for legacy old tickets.
And will be removed soon.
Modern tickets works via email and you should have reply there, when reply is given
And check spam box just in case.
And in case someone else reads this post in future, with same question:
To contact support,
- Go here : http://www.virtualdj.com/help/
- Click the blue "Contact Support" button
- At bottom of the popup dialog, click "Contact us"
Thats it ;-)
