Hello! I've just bought a Home license for the software.
Bought the one named "HOME PLUS (Hercules DJ Control MP3)".
I have an "Hercules Dj Control MP3 e2" which is not being recognized by the software with the activated license.
I'm not finding e-mails for asking for help, nor somehow to make the controller work.
Is there any way, the license I just bought today can be changed to the one needed for this controller?

I think I've just missclicked the correct license T_T

Raise a support ticket and they will change it over for you.

I can see that it is said that you can use ticket or e-service support.
Anyway, any link that I click which says contact us redirects me to: http://www.virtualdj.com/help/

I cannot find where, nor how to raise a ticket, nor how or where to use the e-service(online chat) support.
Even entering http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/tickets.html , I have no tickets created and it is said: "You don't have any ticket. If you want to submit a ticket, please click here."
I click and I get redirected to http://www.virtualdj.com/help/ once again.

I've even seen that TeamViewer can be used by the tech support to help, but I cannot find how to contact them.
