Looks like you renewed the Karaoke content subscription.
For the software, you need to renew the Pro license subscription also.
Can see your current active licenses here:
https://www.virtualdj.com/users/licenses.html
And to renew or get the Pro sub:
https://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
If you made mistake subscribing to karaoke, just cancel that.
Or contact Support Team if needing help: https://www.virtualdj.com/help/
