I have it on old laptop bought a new laptop and now im gettin told i meed a new license and will only play for 15 mins

just log in, inside VirtualDJ, at your new computer.
and the license will activate on that computer ;-)
 
I have done that but only givesme
10 mins of play
 
then most likely your audio config is beyond the bounds of your licence,
probably best we see a screenshot of audioconfig and let us know your device.
