Can I get my sampler volumes to stay at the level I put them at, to stay that way on exit?

if you want to "permanently" change volume of a sample, open it in sample editor and adjust gain value there

Bless. Rune what option do I select to allow me to set my cue points exactly where I want em? I think something changed recently because now it only sets on the beats or something.

You mean in sampler or in songs on deck?
If songs on deck, click the small dot next to the hot cue pads and check if quantize on set is turned on

Yes it worked. How do you guys know all these things? lol... Now say for example I have 4 cues set for a track, I am trying to delete Cue 2 but it deletes 3 and 4 first. How do I change that?

How are you deleting cue 2?
and just to check if its your own order, see if autoSortCues is on in settings (turn off if you dont want VDJ to auto sort cues chronologically)

By right tapping on the cue 2 button like I always did. But yes that option you mentioned worked. Thanks once again
