Recieved a notice that my subscription will end in June. Problem is I didn't cancel it. My credit card is up to date and in good standing . Any help would be great.

Will likely fix itself , the 8th of may there was a brief network issue with the e-commerce provider.
Your sub is registered, and should update status to "OK" within tomorrow likely (1st work day)

And your current sub is working ok in meantime..

My account still says that my account will expire June 8th. Still curious for the reason.
 

Ok all I was told by support is to sign back up, but I want to know why it was canceled by no fault of mine. And I know Rune said it would be fixed but, nope nothin.
 

Was a network glitch at may 8th between the E-commerce provider and VirtualDJ.
So some subscriptions might have unsuccessfully been marked as cancelled (even if the sub is ok).

So maybe better to just cancel and sign up again..
But your sub is valid to june something, and the renewal payment was registered.
 

10-4 pal ,just wanted a confirmation that this was the issue.
