VMS5 hooked up and worked fine last Friday. Today I get no sound. All buttons are lit up and work.
Faders in VDJ work when I move the VMS5 faders. The VU meter light on VDJ, but not on the VMS.
Here is how it is setup.

check the front switches if they are set to 8out and to USB and not analog?

USB and 8 out. I even tried another cord from the VMS5 to laptop.

Re-install asio drivers.
Always plug VMS5 to the same usb port

Although it might not be it, but just to rule out, check if master volume is up in VirtualDJ, at controller etc
And no effects such as echo out is active..

Looks good in your screenshot, but could be some driver/hardware thing also...

Do you mean the volume in the mappings? If so it shows
VOLUME volume

Plus I never touched this.

Also Master shows master_volume

Have issue solved. Talked to ADJ, thought I would be advised about a repair shop near me. But no:
Casey took care of it.
Here is process:
Go to Device manager, then sound & video game controller.
Deleted 2 versions of VMS5 controller.
Plugged VMS back into laptop, controller recognized and added the VMS back into sound.
The in VDJ sound settings Deck1 3&4
Deck2 5&5
Deck 3 1&2
Deck 4 7&8
It was originally set up as previous picture I attached. But it is working.
Thanks for your input.
