Export is for playlists currently..
A filter folder is different, its not a playlist rather its a search result.
You could drag and drop the result of a Filter to a playlist.
Maybe in future updates also filters can be exported as if they were a playlist....
its a different type of thing though, and just a "current view" of sorts. Some filter folders will even change content to what you play etc..

But warn, currently
- playlist defined as favorite does not allow export
- Export is only available for playlists from Tree View, but not from Sideview menu

Favorite is just a bookmark to a folder on a drive. So also not a playlist.
Initially the "new" export was made with CDJ export in mind, being a playlist export function..
But who knows, maybe in update the "current view" can be exported (or not.. ).
