I'm a vinyl DJ and just bought a PMX-10 and was wondering if there is a way to program the hot cue pads without a computer. Like can I program them strictly off of my vinyl?

Not entirely sure I understood, but you want to change the hotcue buttons on the PMX10 mixer?
