Hi All, I am using a Mac OS Catalina Mac book. I tried to update the firmware on the 1850 from 1.2 to 1.3 twice, and each time I got an error message that said "your 1850 Prime is not responding after an update. The success of the update is unknown. Unplug and replug in the device and press try again?"
Now when I turn on the mixer the lights on the entire mixer keep continuously flashing, so the mixer is not working with Virtual DJ, or responding at all for that matter, even if I hit other buttons on the mixer, all the lights just continuously flash, and that is it. Any idea what is going on, and how to fix it?

You're asking in the wrong place. Your mixer is a Denon DJ product. This is Atomix.
