And use the Key Cue performance pads that comes with the software

Our studio has ddj sb3 and there is a pad called pad scratch when pressed it will scratch from the cue point till release.
I want to do some on my pc.

Look above, select the Scratch performance pads.. ;-)

Note that the DDJ-SB3 has a firmware (internal) Scratch Pad mode, and probably different than the VirtualDJ Scratch Pad page. See https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsb3/layout/pads.html
So, you can have something similar with any other controller , but may not have exactly the same functionality/behavior.
