what if does not say is :
image width HAVE to be >= window width AND image height HAVE to be >= window height or nothing will display
if image size > window size it will be truncated right and/or bottom
is there a way to specify tiled canstretch adapt align="center" align="right" valign="bottom"...

This is a special feature related to floating windows which have specific background/element picture
nothing to do with the main browser itself
