Topic: I want to see side list and auto mix windows at the same time.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

why redesign the side list and auto mix windows so i have to switch between these tabs and not be able to see the simultaneously . also there is no instant button to full screen view the a longer version of the play list, search list and side list. I don't need videos or karaoke. why not I don't know unlock the tabs so you can customise windows and see what you need not make it harder to to a job and clutter my screen with useless garbage. 20's sucks going back to 7 till the browser is sorted. 10 years and 700+ events I need to find a new career I think.

What do yo mean "sorted"? It works perfectly as it is for thousands of users
It's not really for you to decide how it should work or what it should look like
You can ask for new features wish list - or you can look through the alternative skins, where some of them have dockable sections

Going back to v7 should not be an option for you at this point - too many well known bugs in v7, and a well below par sound engine for 2021. And it is of course not supported anymore (and haven't been for about 5 years), and doesn't work with any current hardware

Oh... And maybe edit your language a bit in your post. If you don't the moderators will. And they may go a little heavy on the editing
 
You can also still enable showHorizontalSideList to get the same view as vdj 7
 
As Adion says, just restart the program after you done the setting and there you :)
 
Maybe you need to do your research before going off on one. This has been on place for years now.
