i have this set up and now virtual exfinity is not working properly. decks ar sometimes crossed and not fully functional screens stay in computer mode and i can't find a working skin.please help virtual settings seems to be off some how

You ll have to update your Mac OS to 10.14 or higher (10.15 is recommended) for the SC screens to work.
 
i have no new updates as of now please how do i get this update
