just installed vdj 2021 on my new laptop and my controller isnt working. i can plug it up and use it on my old laptop with vdj but it wont recognize it.

And which controller is that ? Perhaps some drivers need to be installed first ?
 
ill check that and im just using the ddj 400 around the house
