Topic: ns7iii platter help

thanks for reading my post..Hope someone can help me
for some reason my n7iii platter are moving at a slower speed than the actual song bpm. when i turn off the platter the track plays normal.
when i open serato the platters spin at normal speed.
what could it be?

i figured it out. in the settings my rpm was at 4 beat. i changed it to 45 and work fine
 
Set it to 33 or 45RPM instead of 4 beats.
 
yea i never had this issue, i dont even remember messing with the setting. glad i figured it out. i had to do a whole gig without the platters spinning because it happened at the beginning of the event and i didnt have time to trouble shoot lol
 
Certain VDJ updates reset things.
