Topic: VDJ 2021 doesn't recognize my password.

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

After downloading VDJ 2021 everything work fine, the next time I open up VJD I was ask if I wanted to use the new update yes or no. I the click on yes it ask for my password but wouldn't recognize it. Even though I'm log in VDJ it would not give me the new update.

That would be your Mac password to update. Not your VDJ password.
 
Thank you, it was my MAC password that was needed
