Hello Everyone,
I can create the virtual folders and filer folders with no problem. But when I drop a song to the folder and then go to the folder, the song is not there?
Am I doing something incorrectly?

You don't drop songs to filter folders. They are filters, not really folders.
They just filter your library based on the filter settings you chose. You don't put things in there.

But what about the Virtual folder? Shouldn't I be able to drag and drop to a virtual folder? all of the videos i've watch show the person dragging and dropping to a virtual folder.

Yes, you are able to drop a song to the virtual folder, but:
There is a bug, or let us say, an unlucky design trap:
You should not release the mouse button at the end of the row, as soon as the row will be highlighted, you should move the mouse exactly over the name (the text) and then you can release the mouse button.
