Topic: Side List in browser window

Hello - I used to have a side list at the bottom of my browser window but it disappeared. Anyone know how I can get it back? I'm not referring to the side window on the right but one at the bottom of the actual browser. TYIA!

Setting -> Options -> showHorizontalSidelist
