Ok, I know you guys have heard this a million times before, but I am getting down to actually preparing songs with VDJ for real practice with mixing, and I'm having a horrendous, HORRENDOUS time so far with my classic hip hop and even my 80's music.
I do understand any BPM finder depends on the song having the same BPM the whole way through, but the BPM's and phases keep turning out wrong for even the songs I'm sure have constant, consistant beats. Not one of my classic hip hop songs was ready to go, and the only things VDJ seemed to get right in the 80's section was Madonna. If I wanted to actually fix all my music, it would literally take me all year long.
Thank God for the option of manually beatmatching, but I have to say... PCDJ Red was so much better at getting the right BPM's than VDJ, and I'm not sure why. Can you guys work on this? I'd like to swich over from PCDJ, but I have too many songs to work with to have to correct BPM's on all of them.
