Hi, i bought a home license, paid 57 euros, but after 10 minutes the program keeps saying that i have to buy a license if i want to continue mixing with my controller. Now i feel like i paid 57 euros for a problem that isn't fixed. Can someone help me out?

Log in to the software in the settings menu with your forum username and password. Other than that you may have bought the wrong license.

If you are logged in correctly, this may happen if you are trying to use a feature that requires a Pro license
E.g.
- you are using an "External Mixer" Audio setup (with deck 1, deck 2 etc) or Timecodes and Line Inputs instead of the default setup of your controller which is Master + Headphones
- you have removed the VirtualDJ logo from the Video Output
- you are trying to broadcast to a Radio server
As far as i can see from your Account stats , at some point you applied an External mixer setup, and that could be the reason you are getting the message.
E.g.
- you are using an "External Mixer" Audio setup (with deck 1, deck 2 etc) or Timecodes and Line Inputs instead of the default setup of your controller which is Master + Headphones
- you have removed the VirtualDJ logo from the Video Output
- you are trying to broadcast to a Radio server
As far as i can see from your Account stats , at some point you applied an External mixer setup, and that could be the reason you are getting the message.
