Its 299 dollars yet in uk you charge £300 almost 370 dollars, any reason why I'm all for paying but I think set price with a reasonable exchange rate would be much fairer

$299 is excluding tax, since that's different in every country.
In the UK the VAT rate is 20% so that's the main difference. (And if your bank's exchange rate is better than our service provider's you can still change the currency to USD if you prefer)
