I need an activation code for my new computer.
The Virtual DJ no longer accepts the old code.
Please send a new code to my e-mail

VirtualDJ doesnt use codes, only your login (account).
Except for a very limited free version that comes with some controllers.
If you have such a free version, the code is both for the one type of controller only, as well as sometimes the code can be for a very old version of the software. Depends on what you mean by "old code" (how old, and what controller)

If the code was for version 7, you will need to get a new license. Either Home Plus (single controller) for home use, or Pro that works with any and all controllers.

There is no code in your case (and most others...). VirtualDJ uses your account, and login.
Simply login inside the software, at your new computer... thats it ;-) license activated there

The code that came with that controller was for an old version of the software only (And a limited version)

You need to get a license to use modern version. You can choose between Home Plus (for a single controller, home use), or Pro license (works with any and all controllers)

As said already .. If it's a V8 LE or more recent license
Login here with the same account you use to initially register
It will appear in My Account -> My Licenses

As well, using the original account in VDJ will make it recognize license automatically
It will appear in Settings -> Licenses

If you can't access your old e-mail account or it does not exist anymore this won't hurt

Badly if it's older version either install original old version or buy a new one to upgrade :\
 
I reinstalled my numark pro today to my virtual dj that has now upgraded but it seems I have to have a new licence when I bought my numark pro II I had a full version of Virtual DJ but since then it has upgraded on many occasions and now the licence setup has changed along with my full version of Virtual Dj ? I have a version of serato but would like to continue here . Could I please get some help soon as possible .

You are registered as a free home edition user
So not with a paid license
