Topic: Pioneer DDJ-1000 not showing up as a sound card

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am using Mac, Catalina, and I ran the firmware and driver updates and the sound card is still not showing up. Am I missing something?

You probably need to allow the Driver installation. Goto System Preferences->Security & Privacy and see in "General" tab if there is something to "Allow" there
 
Sysyem Preferences of the laptop?
