Topic: Effects Select encoder not working

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hey all, longtime user running the latest version of VDJ 2020 on Windows with a Vestax VCI-400. For some reason, my effects select encoder wheel is no longer working. In the editor I can see that the encoder is sending data and when I switch it to another function it seems to work just fine (including other encoder wheel functions). This is driving me crazy. Any help?
