Drop tabs? What do you mean?
For the browser, depending on the skin you need to change, you can use djdad's Browser Tweaks tool, or add/modify the XML code of the skin.

If you just mean a song, right click & open Tag Editor.
There you can add color to a song

I use the colour for different tracks... I just want to change the browser text to one colour in the XML document
