Topic: Updated Subscription But Limited Use Of software

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I only just updated my monthly subscription and was debited even with an email acknowledging my payment yet I no longer can use the full option of the Virtualdj 2018 with my Numark PRO 3.
