Topic: Trim issue

I have a pioneer DDJ-SB3 controller and maybe there's just a setting I'm missing somewhere. But whenever I want to trim the audio down, I first have to trim it up slightly and then down. If I just go down with the level to start off with nothing happens and the level remains the same.
