Topic: fader start no sync

How do i set fader start no sync (or pitch zero)? Now it always Syncs

If you mean the standard fader start (faderStart in the settings), that should only change the BPMs and/or Sync if you have one/some of the regular features for that enabled in VDJ
So try:
- disabling autoBpmMatch in the settings
- disable Smart Play on both decks
