Its not a jog setting or some magic thing that can make you scratch good ;-) it just takes a lot of practice.. a lot :)
And not all controller have good jog wheels. But make sure its set to vinyl mode so that it responds to your scratch movements. Other than that, lots of practice to make it sound any good ;-)

What jog setting? What are the "not good" settings? Have you tried changing them? What did you change them to?
