If you study the XML code in FRUiT's skin, you will learn a lot about the new skinning engine.
Example : Drawing background colours directly from the VDJ exe rather than requiring graphics in the PNG.

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.
