Topic: Have licence VDJ pro but does not unlocks

just got the last update from VDJ and after I connect VDJ don't let me remove the logo because it asks for my licence that I do Have, please help

Check VirtualDJ Settings->LICENSES tab. Do you see "VirtualDJ Pro Infinity" in Current Licenses box ? Perhaps you are logged with a different account than the one you used to purchase the license ?
