Hey
I have Pioneer ddj-1000 and as soon as I connect my Mac to the device, the virtual can not connect properly, it just controls the buttons but does not release sound in main
I have an Apple computer

Most controllers don't need drivers on Macs, but, Pioneer do.

Have you installed the drivers from the Pioneer website?

It has been plug 'n play since March, build b4204.
 
Yes I installed and still does not work for me, what to do?
 
Did you allow drivers to be installed properly? Check the Security tab in System Preferencies
Can you post a screenshot of the Audio Setup of VirtualDJ ?
Also check if the Pioneer audio device is selected by the OS as default (and select your built in instead), there is a chance some other application running at that moment taking exclusive control of it
