I thought I'd write up about my new Numark Dashboard. I had wanted to set the laptop off to the side at gigs, but the available controllers just weren't quite what I wanted. (NV: not enough mic or audio in connections, NS7iii: amazing, but just too big for wedding work).
Setup was as simple as plugging in the USB cable, VDJ recognized it immediately, and it worked!
I have to say that having the track and wave info directly in front of the decks of my MC4000 really goes a long way to removing the disconnect of looking up at the computer screen.
Bottom line, if you like your setup but want to get a little further away from the laptop, this is it!
