Hello, Ive had a few problems recently with virtualdj crashing and recovering during my set. usually I lose functionality on my controller on one deck and have to use the software play cue, etc after the recovery, my question is: is there a crash log that I can provide to isolate this problem? This has happened 4 times on the last 4 weekends and Im running a nearly new dell gaming pc with windows 10. Recently I was force fed the updates from microsoft.

If you are online when it happens, and haven't disabled the feature, VDJ should send a crash report to the central servers.
In that case support will be able to tell you more precisely what is causing the crash on your setup if you open a support ticket

Please try with latest Early Access 4514. As far as i can see, the recent crashes that are uploaded to your Account should be fixed
