what are the intervals and what is the lowest

Er, your post needs to make sense before an answer can be provided.
 
I though there where intervals between each i had a problem some time ago and i was told to go up in my latency from auto and we ended on 512
 
It depends on the ASIO driver. That's what provides the opportunity to adjust the buffer size. Some may offer smaller/larger steps between size settings than others. I'd suggest that it's the latency in milliseconds to which you need to pay attention.

10ms is a good number to aim for. It should give good performance but not tax the system too much.
