Playing a gig this past weekend and experienced a loud buzz. Restarted Virtual DJ and it worked for another hour or so and then the audio went silent twice. Waveforms were still moving but no sound. I was mixing videos at the time. After the second audio dropout I switched back to Serato. Here's my specs
Win 10
i7 2.4ghz quad core
16gb of RAM
4gb Nvidia Dedicated graphics card
256 gb SSD drive for OS run in airplane mode
All files on 4tb USB 3.0 external HD
Denon MCX8000 with the buffer set at 512
Ran Serato fine, just can't run videos with Serato because refuse to get with the times. When I was using Virtual DJ, the CPU barely touched the second green bar. Any further info to help me I can get you.
Thanks in Advance

BTW quick question, when hook up to my MCX8000, in the settings, do I select Speaker and Headphones or external mixer?

here is how the "official manual" says to do it

we had some of these issues with the pioneer and the Roland had to change the latency to 512 to fix

Both Latency settings are at 512, both in the MCX8000 ASIO setting and in the settings inside virtual dj. If I change one, does the other change automatically?
