I can not get music or tracks from the internet. I get the recommended feedback but can not get tracks when I search for them.

Can you be more specific? Where "from the internet"?
If you're referring to Content Unlimited then you need a paid monthly subscription to use it.

Also, if you are paying for the content unlimited subscription and don't get any results, then they don't have that track.
