Is there a listing of the new vdjscript for 2018?

I'm looking for a way to toggle the Quantize setting on the new scratch pads.

There's been a couple of new verbs, i missed the scratch dna ones.

You want scratch_dna_option "quantized"

Updated, verbs list.
 
only a few new verbs have been added in the last few months, there's the 3 for scratch dna, controller_mapping to switch mappings via script, and get_pad_page_name, but the last one is just to make the index padpage work.
