I have Virtual DJ 8 infinity pro .. can I live stream directly from the software without external controller or plug ins?

Yes with the latest release.
 
if you log in in with the email and login that that you used when you bought virtualDJ infinity pro then you can get those spiffy stars that say Pro Infinity under your name instead of Home User
